Discussions with Leaders – Tamás Vincze

In the second semester we continued our series of Discussion with Leaders. On 1 March, GTK students had the opportunity to have an informal discussion with Tamás Vincze, GTK alumni and CEO of East Grain agro-industry company. Tamás presented the history of the group and its business model, and then left the floor open for questions. The discussion covered, among other things, the company’s long- and short-term strategy, the company’s reactions during the crisis, the complexity of their supply chains and other agribusiness topics of interest. Towards the end of the discussion, Tamás also discussed the qualities of good leaders.
