Discussions with leaders: Weghofer-Vad Tibor Mihály aircraft captain was the guest of GTK

On Wednesday (13th of November 2019) we had the opportunity to participate on a talk with Weghofer-Vad Tibor Mihály, who works as a pilot since 1989. First, he was in the military but, in 2006 he changed, since then working for Wizz Air. During the session he gave us insights into how a life of a pilot looks like, and he talked briefly about his military career as well. He gave us numerous advice on how to become good and effective leaders.

At the end of the session he was open to answer all of our questions, in order for us to get the big picture about his profession.
