Firs year GTK student participated in a strategic management training!

On 29 March 2025, the first-year members of the GTK participated in a full-day strategic management training, held by Bálint Palotai, strategic consultant of IFUA Horváth. During the online activity, the students learned how to develop the right strategy for their companies, the importance of developing a clear vision and setting a specific goal. The training covered topics such as the importance of analysis, the process of creating a strategy and its implementation. Bálint used his own examples to illustrate how these can be applied in practice. During the training, to understand all the processes, the students had to work in teams to develop strategic ideas for the GTK.
