First place, special prize and participation in the Economics section of the 36th National Scientific Student Conference
Our alumni members had an excellent performance in the Economics section of the 36th National Student Scientific Conference in Komárom, Slovakia, winning a first prize (Eszter Molnár) and a special prize (Tekla-Andrea Hollanda). Congratulations to our students!
The 36th National Conference of Scientific Students, Economics section was held in Komárom, Slovakia, between 20-22 April 2023, at the Selye János University, with 518 papers presented in 72 sessions. Our alumni members presented 3 papers, of which 2 papers were awarded prizes, as follows:
Micro- and Macroeconomics: Eszter Molnár, first prize – “The role of production networks in modelling industrial growth”, scientific coordinator: dr. Levente Szász, professor, dr. Dénes Csala, assistant professor
Micro- and Macroeconomics: Tekla-Andrea Hollanda, special prize – “The impact of unconventional monetary policy on unemployment in the eurozone”, scientific coordinator: dr. Imre Székely, assistant professor, dr. Petra Szabó Tünde, associate professor
Information Economics: Apetroae Lucas-Matteo, participation – “Challenges of cyber defence of firms in the EU and Romania linked to psychological manipulation”, scientific coordination: dr. Dénes Csala, assistant professor
Dr. Lehel Zoltán Györfy, our coordinator, participated in the conference proceedings as a section jury member.
