GTK students participated in a psychological activity led by Dr. Anna Veres

During the two sessions, GTK students were introduced to concepts such as resilience, assertiveness, and flexibility.

The first psychological activity of the semester took place on 22 March.

On this occasion, the discussion was launched with an introductory topic. With the help of dr. Anna Veres, the GTK students explored the concept of resilience from different perspectives. Here they had the opportunity to share successes and failures that helped them to get to know each other’s past better. The training continued with a discussion on self-assertion and assertive communication, as well as resilience and the importance of balance in their life.

On 27 March, GTK students participated in the second session of the psychology activity, also held by dr. Anna Veres. The training was also held in the GTK office, during which the students completed an exercise after the theoretical training. In the first half of the session, the emphasis was on theory, the students further explored the concept of resilience, followed by a relaxation exercise. At the end of the session, an interesting exercise involved dividing the students into teams and using buttons and sheets of paper to answer questions, which were later presented by each team.

Many thanks to Dr. Anna Veres for the psychological activity!
