GTK students participated in a strategic management training

On 2nd April, first-year students of the GTK Business Consulting Club had the opportunity to participate in a 9-hour strategic management training. The full-day training was held by Bálint Palotai, a partner from the Hungarian company IFUA Horváth & Partners.

During the training, the students gained a lot of new knowledge, which will be useful both as future managers and for solving case studies. A meaningful and useful day was concluded on Saturday, as all stages of strategy development were discussed in detail, from developing a vision, through market segmentation and strategic options to action program packages.  During the training, the students put everything they had learned into practice as they had to develop the different stages of decision-making from the GTK perspective.
