Hadnagy Magor and Ilyés Tamás share their experiences on the Management Shadowing program

On April 8, two of our members, Hadnagy Magor and Ilyés Tamás, participated in the Management Shadowing program in Budapest at the Hodler Alapkezelő company, where they spent a day as the “shadows” of Miklós Kerezsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Magor and Tamás’s experience:

“Our journey began on the afternoon of April 7, when we flew from Marosvásárhely to Budapest. Upon landing, we checked into our accommodation and spent the rest of the day exploring the city. The next morning at 9 a.m., our day started with a breakfast with Miklós, where we got to know each other and discussed the day’s schedule. During the day, we had the opportunity to attend several meetings, meet the company’s employees, and gain insight into daily operations. We learned a lot and brought home many valuable experiences that we will definitely use in the future.
