Human resource management in practice – a workshop held by Emese Fülöp

On December 6, 2018, a Human Resource Management training took place, held by Fülöp Emese, director of the HR department at the Accenture Industrial Software Solutions company.

In the first part of the training participants have learnt about the role of human resources within a company, including the difficulties generally faced by this department.

In the second part of the training the GTK members worked in teams to analyze the stages of the life of an employee within the firm, seen through the glasses of the HR department.
