Kata Szalontai and György Vargyasi active members participated in the Management Shadowing programme

On 13 December, our junior members Kata Szalontai and György Vargyasi participated in the management shadowing programme at UBM Feed Romania as the “shadows” of Dénes Laczkó.

Their experience report can be read below:

„We started the day at 9 am at the company’s headquarter in Cluj Napoca. We were first introduced to the company’s operations and medium-term goals, followed by a discussion on UBM’s operations for the coming year. Through the discussions, we were able to learn different negotiation techniques that will be useful for the future. The programme ended with a meaningful discussion, which gave us inspiration and a better insight into how a leader should manage his time.
