“KMEI Open Days 2009” Conference

The “Open Days 2009” conference organized by the Hungarian University Federation from  Cluj-Napoca (KMEI) and the Hungarian department of the Babeş-Bolyai University took place on the 11th and 12th of December 2009. This was a special occasion for the BCC in more than one way. In addition to the presentation of the Club’s half-year project “Energy 2009 – Evaluation of the energy market”, the official rebranding of the organization was also scheduled for this event, thus the former Management Professional College took on the current name: “Business Consulting Club”.

Energy 2009 is the BCC’s half-years project, which consists of a detailed industry-analysis. The project’s main chapters are: electric energy, nuclear energy, oil and natural gas, renewable energy sources, CO2 emission quotas. These were approached on global and European level, emphasizing the situations in Hungary andRomania. The presentations were given by István Barok, Dénes Laczkó and Tamás Vincze on behalf of the BCC.
