Kristóf Balázs and Márk Andrei-Dinea participated in the Management Shadowing programme

On 28 March 2023 Márk-Andrei Dinea and Kristóf Balázs participated in the Management Shadowing programme at Poultry Integration as the „shadows” of Szabolcs Héjja.

„On 28 March 2023, we had the opportunity to spend a day in the shadow of Szabolcs Héjja in Codlea, near Brașov, as part of the management shadowing program.

During the day, we were able to observe many of the activities of Poultry Integration, mainly from an operational point of view, but we also gained insight into the operation of the poultry slaughterhouse. We also saw the differences between online and face-to-face meetings in a real company context and experienced the smooth multicultural communication typical of companies operating in the Transylvanian region. Szabolcs told us about Poultry Integration’s digital transformation, the importance of which we experienced during our short stay, as the company’s already advanced technology in many areas provided many advantages in the running of the day. Our management shadowing activity was rounded off by a presentation of the logistical challenges and their solutions, and an illustration of the whole process.
