Krisztina Bokor-Tóth and Noémi Székely participated in the Management Shadowing programme

On 28th February, Krisztina Bokor-Tóth and Noémi Székely, active members of the GTK took part in the Management Shadowing program at Bioeel, as the ‘shadow’ of Albert Gáspár.

The students’ experience report can be read below:

„Initially, we had the opportunity to learn about the company’s past and present, then the program continued with a factory visit, during which we got a glimpse into various microbiological laboratories and manufacturing processes. After that, we had the opportunity to get acquainted with all Bioeel products and their characteristics, as well as the operation of the medicine industry, and finally we could understand how the company distinguishes itself from its competitors.

As the last program on the agenda, we participated in a Romanian-language meeting about the opening of a new warehouse in the eastern part of Romania. The meeting was attended by Gáspár Albert, his father Attila Albert, the founding owner of Bioeel for 30 years, and Ciprian Popa, the sales manager. During the meeting, they paid attention to us to look deeper into the topic and to better understand the process, so they asked us questions as well.

We would like to thank Albert Gáspár for the opportunity for giving us a tour of the company and a chance to see the day-to-day operation of a new industry for us!”
