Leadership training with Ákos Zala

On the 11th of January, 2018, the managing director of Human Telex Consulting and organization development consultant, Ákos Zala, held an all-day training, entitled „Thoughts about leadership”, through which members of the GTK Business Consulting Club had the chance to understand the process of management and pictured the ideal leader.

Through the tasks during the workshop, the students faced real problems, which can occur in a manager career or at a company, in a very interactive manner and through good atmosphere and fun. The strength of the training was, that the students faced these tasks while playing games, like building a tower of cubes with closed eyes and helped by others or putting numbers together hoping to achieve a given sum. This game, for example, helped them to understand the impotence and the difficulties of teamwork as well. The students also met with new, practical methods or experiences in the management area, which will undoubtedly contribute to their career in the future.
