Leadership training with dr. László Berényi

On the 23th of May 2018, Dr. Berényi László, associate professor at the University of Miskolc, held a leadership training for the members of GTK Business Consulting Club.

The training consisted of a half-day module. In the first part of the module the university teacher held a brief lecture on negotiation and on various communication techniques, in the second part of the training session the participants have solved tasks within the topic. Personality tests also helped participants to find out their inner qualities: how well can they communicate; how assertive they are. In addition, they had logical tasks and had to solve different issues within a team that were useful for team building. Participants had to build different villages according to different criteria without talking and they needed to help each other when one of their teammates covered their eyes. This pointed out the importance of cooperation in those cases when one of the senses is lost.

The playful tasks created a good mood in which each participant could return home. Thank you for Dr. László Berényi!
