Leadership with personality training

On 29-30th April, the GTK students participated in Csaba Rácz’s Leadership with Personality training. In the two-day training series, students were able to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in a number of interesting tasks.  They talked about personality types, they could find out which personality type is more dominant in them and how to communicate with each personality type.  On the second day, students were able to learn more about delegation and develop this skill as part of a task.
