Negotiation techniques with Magor Kádár

On the 21st of May 2018 ended the GTK’s half-year training session, which subject was negotiation techniques. The training was held by Kádár Magor, PhD, assosiate professor at the Babeș–Bolyai University and CEO of Terra Nova Training and Communication Center.

The first, theoretical part was followed by a practical part, where the students formed teams and each group solved situational tasks. They had to transmit four different types of massages, then on the second part,  they made the Belbin test and learnt abouts team roles. They analyzed their roles in GTK with Belbin’s test too.
