Negotiations Skills Training with Ákos Zala

On the 16th of May 2012 Ákos Zala, general manager of the Human Telex Consulting Ltd., was invited by the BCC to the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Cluj-Napoca to organize a training about communication and negotiation techniques. This is the second time when Ákos Zala honored with his presence the Business Consulting Club, after holding a team buliding day in 2010 with dr. Balázs Heidrich.

During the training BCC members have learnt about the most important stages of negotiations and their main characteristics. During two negotian simulation games, the participants were able to try out in practice and improve their negotiation skills.
