Our second-year students had an inspiring discussion with Zoltán Kovács, the CEO of Benedek meat factory!

On March 6, 2025, as part of the third edition of the “Entrepreneurship Program” event series organized by GTK, our second-year students had the opportunity to meet Zoltán Kovács, the CEO of Benedek Meat Processing Plant. He delivered an engaging presentation on management, providing valuable insights for the young aspiring entrepreneurs.

The presentation, with its relaxed and humorous tone, was also packed with serious and practical information. Zoltán discussed various management techniques he employs, the importance of job descriptions, and setting goals. He also delved into several interesting theories, such as the functioning of the mind, the relationship between personal responsibility, knowledge, and leadership, as well as simplified money attraction mechanisms.

Overall, the students gained a deeper understanding of the psychology of economics, and the presentation enriched their knowledge on the subject.
