Participation at the international case competition held in Washington DC

The GTK students have shown remarkable performance at the McDonough Business Strategy Challenge, an international case competition organized by Georgetown University. The team consisting of Borsos András (Finance and Banking, 3rd year), Jakó Zsolt (Management, 3rd year), Kozma Nóra (Management, 3rd year) and Tiboldi Dorka (Business Information Systems, 2nd year) in the group rounds competed against Emory University (USA), Florida State University (USA), George Washington University (USA) and Northern Alberta Institute of Technology  (Canada). From their group, the George Washington University proceeded to the finals, where Singapore Management University overcame the competition and won.

The international McDonough Business Strategy Challenge took place on February 3-7, 2020 in Washington DC and has been attended by 22 universities from the USA, Asia and Europe. During the competition the teams had to develop a network ecosystem that would help CARE International serve all its beneficiaries in a quicker and more effective way.
