Péter Bereczki-Orbán active member took part in the Management Shadowing programme

On 14 February, our active member, Péter Bereczki-Orbán participated in the management shadowing programme at East grain as the “shadow” of Tamás Vincze.

Péter’s experience report can be read below:

„On February 14, 2023, I had the opportunity to follow Tamás Vincze’s day, Managing Director of East Grain.

My day started at 9am at East Grain’s headquarters in Cluj Napoca. After a quick morning coffee, the programme started immediately. Tamás, in his office, first gave a thorough introduction of the group, its activities and its subsidiaries. After that, I got an insight into the employee’s roles. Around noon, I went to the office next door to observe the daily life of a few employees. Here I learned about stock trading, contracts and many other professional terms that were not clear at first hearing, but by the end of the day I managed to understand them. The day ended with lunch, during which I received further useful advice on management methods.

All in all, I think it was a very useful and educational day, which will be remembered for the valuable discussions and the lasting experience gained.”
