Team-building activities for GTK members!

On the 9th of November 2024, GTK members participated in a team-building training led by Csaba Rácz, the chief trainer at Siegel Eastern Europe. This training provided a great opportunity for members to get to know each other better and work in teams, fostering a strong community.

The activities included interactive games and tasks, alongside new theoretical knowledge, with the DISC model being a key topic. The model identifies four personality types: Dominant (red), Influencing (yellow), Steady (green), and Conscientious (blue), which helps improve understanding of behavioral patterns for better communication and collaboration.

One practical task involved building rockets from paper and tape in groups based on personality types within 45 minutes. The trainer recorded videos of the activities, allowing teams to reflect on their personality traits in practice. At the end of the day, members provided feedback to each other, contributing to their personal growth.

By the end of the training, GTK members had a deeper understanding of each other and developed richer knowledge on effective teamwork.
