Training about training – team-building day

On the 8th of May 2010 Balázs Heidrich, PhD and Ákos Zala, associates at Human Telex Consulting Ltd. were invited by the BCC to the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Cluj-Napoca to organize a team-building session for the BCC members.

During the 8-hour training, the participants had the chance to gain insight into the world of entrepreneurial training and coaching, and through the team-activities were able to learn about a slice of what represents the field of empiric learning.
