Victory at the 11th National Finance Case Study Competition

Between 15-17 February 2013 the 11th National Finance Case Study Competition has been organized by the Kautz Gyula College for Advanced Studies in Economics in Győr, Hungary at the Széchenyi István University. 18 teams participated in the competition representing Hungarian and foreign universities. The FourInOne team representing the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Babeș-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca, with 3 BCC members in its composition won the I. place of the competition.

At this year’s competition the teams had to evaluate a future project of Dana Hungary Ltd., an auto parts manufacturing and distributing company. The main task was to determine the efficiency of the project on a 5-year period, and to evaluate the sensitivity of it related to various factors, and come up with recommendations to reduce them.

The members of the FourInOne team were Mónika Melánia Baumgartner (BCC member),  Attila Erdély (BCC member), Nikoletta Joiţa and Ádám Salamon (BCC member).
