Victory in Budapest and qualification to the finals in Montreal at the PRMIA Risk Management Case Study Competition

On February 8, 2019, the Synergy team won the first place in the regional finals of the PRMIA Risk Management Case Studies Competition. The team was composed of four students, Norbert-Dániel Costiniuc, Levente Deák, members of GTK and Krisztina Domahidi, Patrik Juhász.

The victory in Budapest also means that the team from Cluj will represent the whole region at the international finals in Montreal at the end of March.

Competition participants had three weeks to deal with risk management, forecasting and financial modeling tasks. The best teams were invited to the Budapest regional finals, hosted by the National Bank of Hungary.
