Zsombori Péter, active GTM member took part in the Management Shadowing

On November 26, Zsombori Péter, active GTM member took part in the Management Shadowing program in Székelyudvarhely, at Arkum Invest as the „shadow” of Bíró-László Tímea.

” This time I’ve understood why does a manager need an agenda… The Management Shadowing program was a very useful experience, because I got complete insight into the everyday life of a manager, and I felt like I am a part of the company for that one day. It was good to see how Tímea organizes her days, what information she looks for from the financial reports coming in the mornings, and how she allocates her time. I got to know the basic management principles and I saw how she implements them in the day-to-day running of the company.”
