Discussions with leaders: Bóné Levente, executive chef of the Rhédey coffeehouse
This was the first occasion of a series of events organised for the GTK students which’s scope is to provide a platform where the members get the opportunity to meet leaders, managers from various fields of the working market.
On the 31th of October 2019 the participants could get an insight into an average day of Bóné Levente the executive chef of the Rhédey coffeehouse from Cluj Napoca. Not only were the students got information on how exactly a restaurant and a kitchen works but they learnt about the tense schedule of a chef. After describing his tasks Levente openly shared the experiences he collected through the years on team dynamics and motivating a group of people made of individuals with various backgrounds.
Beside holding an interesting presentation Levente also sincerely answered all the questions that raised during the 2-hour activity.
