Human resource management training

On the 24th of November,2016 Eszter Marschalkó, the owner of the Ergo Human Resources company gave a presentation on “Human-Resource management from Strategical point”. During the event the members of GTK Business Consulting Club learned about how to solve problems in the human resources area through different types of exercises.

Their first task was to come up with a sentence about the role of a leader using three given words. Then they had to analyse a job advertisement for a sales manager with the KSAO method, using Fleischmann’s work: “Taxonomy of human abilities”. The last exercise was to solve a motivational exercise, which will help them with their career.

In conclusion, Thursday nights trainig was useful, it widened the horizons of the participants and it gave a new concept to their current knowledge.
