Music industry insights 2019 at the Semester Closing Day

The traditional GTK Business Consulting Club – Semester Closing Day took place on the 7th of June, 2019. During the event the junior members, coordinated by four senior members, presented their analysis of the music industry. The students analyzed the global, European and Romanian trends and, based on their analysis, made suggestions for investment for the players of the industry.

Jeges Zsolt, founder and Chief Operating Officer of a music and communication consultancy firm called Atomic CEE taking place in Hamburg, as well as being the president of the Hungarian Association of Independent Labels, also attended the presentation and gave professional feedback regarding the students’ work. Afterwards, he delivered an insightful presentation about the chances of international performances in the industry.

The event was closed by the summary of the semester’s results and achievements, presented by Kerezsi Miklós, president of the Antal Zsolt Foundation. We also have to congratulate to our new alumni members, namely Costiniuc Norbert, Griz Zsuzsa, Molnár Eszter, Fábián István, Pádár Zsuzsa, Tankó Ervin, Virágh Tihamér.
